Something new in the Savarez line !

No more a mystery, a dream comes true : Cantiga is born !

Cantiga strings are new basses for classical guitar and they are mixted with Alliance KF trebles and New Cristal trebles.

6 new strings sets are born, in standard, high and mixed tensions (trebles standard tension and basse high tension).

Alliance Cantiga sets :

510 AJ - High tension <<<< 510 AR - Standard tension <<< 510 ARJ - Mixed tension

510 CJ - High tension <<<< 510 CR - Standard tension <<< 510 CRJ - Mixed tension

Cantiga achieves the savarez line with an incredible sound and added characteristics: harmonics and overtone spectrum, precise response, long lasting sound and easy playing.
They are perfectly included in the Savarez line and offer very new choices to the musicians.

Kaori Muraji, Noboru's daughter, a new member of the Savarez family

Kaori Muraji is considered as one of the most prominent classical guitarists of today, and her challenges and activities are always regarded with keen interest by the entire classical music community.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, she received her first lessons on the guitar from her father Noboru Muraji at the age of three. From ten, she continued her studies with the renowned guitarist Shinichi Fukuda. From quite early on, her presence was dominant in competitions, winning the 1989 Junior Guitar Competition, and the 1991 the Student Guitar Competition for all categories. In 1992, she was the winner of both the Leo Brower International Guitar Competition (Tokyo) and the Tokyo International Guitar Competition.

The G.L.A.A.F (Groupement des Luthiers et Archetiers d'Art de France) took place in Mirecourt from Thursday June 4th 2009 to Sunday June 7th 2009. It was a successful event in which many luthiers met to exchange anecdotes on their profession.
